IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Delivery Drivers (Cat B) for a well-known distribution business in Newport. This is a temp-to-perm role ideal for drivers who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a supportive team.
Contract and Hours*Contract: Temp to permanent

*Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm-9pm

*No weekend work

*Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per day

*Pay: £12.50 per hour PAYE / £16.20 per hour Umbrella

Key Responsibilities*Work as part of a 2-person delivery team

*Complete multi-drop deliveries of pre-built furniture across South Wales

*Deliver items to customers’ room of choice

*Perform manual handling safely and efficiently

Candidate Requirements*Valid Cat B driving licence

*Ability to carry out manual handling safely

*Strong customer service skills

*Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
