What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Solutions Consultant
*Developing technical and market awareness within your business area
*Identifying and building relationships with prospective clients via telephone and face-to-face meetings
*Booking and leading meetings to understand hiring needs and secure new opportunities
*Sourcing, headhunting and interviewing candidates aligned to client requirements
*Negotiating terms of business and managing contract renewals
*Managing the full deployment process including contracts, travel, accommodation and ongoing service delivery
What you’ll bring to the table as a Solutions Consultant
*Previous experience within a target-driven sales environment
*Strong telephone and face-to-face negotiation capability
*Experience managing commercial discussions and client engagement
*Strong analytical and numerical skills with confident use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Ability to travel internationally at short notice
