Job Description:
SEO Account Manager
3 days per week office based.
The Job
*Development and execution of client strategy to increase profit, and provide great customer service to clients
*Manage profitability of client accounts, ensuring resource is paced correctly to avoid under or over service
*Work with Director of Organic Performance and our Snr. Account Directors to input into overall direction of department
*Pioneer direction of department across the team
*Develop, mentor and train team members, both remotely and in person
*Ensure client accounts are following SEO best practice, ensuring that hygiene factors are monitored and managed accordingly
*Play an active role in defining SEO best practice and scalable processes
You*In-depth demonstrable experience in SEO advertising
*Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills
*Ideally 6 months of management experience
*Exceptional client service skills
*Highly organised and an ability to multi-task
*Impeccable attention to detail
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
*Proven track record of working to deadlines
*Proven time management skills
