Senior Order to Cash (OtC) Associate Location: Manchester - Hybrid - Permanent
Reporting to: Head of Order to Cash
ClearCourse is a fast-growing SaaS and payments group, powering innovative technology across multiple sectors. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Senior OtC Associate to play a pivotal role in accelerating cash collection, reducing aged debt, and mentoring our OtC team.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys improving processes, and wants to be a go-to expert within a critical finance function.
What you’ll do * Drive timely collections and reduce aged debt through focused prioritisation

* Produce weekly Top 30 debtor reports and monthly bad debt reporting

* Support customer credit reviews and aged debt analysis

* Process invoices, credit notes, cash and payments accurately and on time

* Maintain customer and contract data in NetSuite

* Act as first point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders

* Mentor OtC Associates and support their development

* Support audits and onboarding of new acquisitions

* Lead continuous improvement initiatives across OtC processes

* Build strong relationships across product lines and group entities
