Skills and Expertise *Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of key employment tax issues such as IR35, termination payments, payroll compliance (PAYE, RTI), National Minimum Wage, and dealing with HMRC disclosures
*Project Management: Track record of delivering demanding consulting projects with technical excellence and a client-driven approach.
*Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver practical, sustainable solutions
*Leadership and Mentorship: Capability to support and develop junior team members while building business opportunities.
*Business Development: Proven skills in identifying and converting opportunities into client relationships and business growth.
*Personal Impact: Strong influencing and negotiating skills to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
