A top-tier international law firm is looking for an experienced Senior BD Manager to drive growth for its high-profile M&A practice.
The Role You’ll lead the development and execution of BD strategies, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and use market and client insights to identify opportunities. You’ll shape go-to-market plans, oversee strategic pitches, support cross-selling initiatives, and manage a high-performing BD team.
What You’ll Do *Develop and implement BD strategies for the M&A practice
*Build relationships with partners and key decision-makers
*Drive market-led campaigns and client growth plans
*Use data insights to spot opportunities and manage pipelines
*Lead pitch strategy and support major pursuits
*Manage and mentor a dedicated BD team
What You’ll Bring *Significant BD experience within legal services, ideally M&A
*Strong understanding of M&A transactions and market trends
*Proven ability to design and deliver successful BD strategies
*Experience influencing senior stakeholders
*Strong leadership and team-management skills
*Confident in using data to drive commercial decisions
