Job Description:
We are working with an innovative international trading company, in their search for a Purchasing Administrator.
This role offers the chance to join a dynamic operations team with the opportunity to working logistically, technically and be a part of a busy office.
Key Responsibilities
*Onboard new suppliers and manage the complete purchase order process from raising PO through to goods receipt
*Expedite open purchase orders ensuring timely and complete deliveries
*Liaise directly with UK and overseas suppliers to communicate supply status
*Monitor, analyse and report on stock levels
What We’re Looking For
*Strong experience in a similar Logistics role, ideally within FMCG
*Excellent attention to detail with ability to work accurately in fast-paced environments
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
*Desirable, but not essential, experience with international customs


Location: Central Bristol
On site 5 days a week – 9-5pm
Salary: depending on experience
