Job Description:
Are you a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a long-term position offering stability, variety, and genuine development opportunities?
Pure are proud to be exclusively supporting a longstanding and highly reputable manufacturing business in their search for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity within an organisation recognised for innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
*Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on automated and semi-automated production machinery
*Diagnose faults across electrical and mechanical systems using schematics, PLC interfaces and diagnostic tools
*Support continuous improvement projects, equipment upgrades and refurbishment activities
*Ensure full compliance with BRC, 6S, and site health & safety standards
*Accurately document maintenance tasks and provide technical updates to engineering leadership
*Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation
What We’re Looking For
*NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), or equivalent.
*Proven background in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
*Strong capability in one core discipline with working knowledge of the other
*Understanding of control systems, drives, actuators, sensors, automation and related technologies
*A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to working safely
*Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position working rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm.
