We’re recruiting for a CNC Miller to join a small, family-run precision machining company based in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, modern workshop equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, producing high-quality precision components.

Key Responsibilities: As CNC Miller, you will be responsible for:
* Programming, setting and operating HAAS CNC machines

* Manufacturing small precision components in steel, plastics, brass and aluminium

* Maintaining high-quality standards throughout production

* Working from existing tooling and repeat component drawings

* Using measuring equipment to ensure accuracy

What we’re looking for: To be successful as a CNC Miller, you’ll need:
* Experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter

* Strong knowledge of HAAS machines

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Confident use of measuring equipment

* A flexible attitude and ability to work within a small, friendly team
