As a Fire Stopper at Ark Fire Protection, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of passive fire solutions in various settings, including commercial and residential properties. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in upholding industry standards and keeping people safe from the threat of fire.
Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the completion of installations for current and future fire stopping contracts.
*Install, repair, and maintain passive fire protection according to industry standards and regulations.
*Inspection of Fire Stopping to ensure a good finish and compliance with safety standards and Material Manufacturers details.
*Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate installations.
*Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.
*Document work completed, including inspection reports and maintenance records.
*Provide excellent customer service and address client questions or concerns.
Requirements
You’ll be a well presented, approachable and professional, self-starter. Excellent organisation and time management is essential for this role with the ability to work under pressure. Your attention to detail will be thorough and accurate. You must demonstrate effective management and prioritisation of your workload and work to strict deadlines.
*A minimum of 3 years industry experience.
*Sound knowledge of passive fire standards and regulations.
*A clean UK driving license
*FIRAS or Qmark Experience would be advantageous, however not essential.
*NVQ level 3 in fire stopping
Full time permanent roles - PAYE with company vehicle.
