Experienced Yard Person
Location: West Kingsdown, Kent
Salary: Negotiable dependant on age and experience
Hours: Between 07.45 – 16.45 hrs - Monday to Friday
Buxted Construction Ltd, a groundworks & civil engineering specialist in the new housing industry, is looking for a General Yard Person. The role will be based at West Kingsdown, Kent.
The successful candidate can expect to carry out:
*Pre-delivery inspections and preparation, including valeting
*A wide range of yard organisation duties
*Solid stock control, keeping accurate and up-to-date records
*Maintaining inspection sheets and associated documentation
This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
A driving licence is preferred, as is previous experience; however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
