Exciting Opportunity: Group Financial Controller

Location: Hybrid working arrangement, with expectation to be in the office as the business requires.

The Role
As Group Financial Controller, you’ll lead the internal and external reporting, financial controls, and compliance functions. This challenging position offers excellent career progression opportunities and the chance to work with a diverse, skilled finance team.
Key Responsibilities of the Group Financial Controller:
• Prepare cashflow forecasts and manage treasury and covenant compliance
• Deliver accurate and timely management information for internal and board reporting
• Oversee group consolidated management accounts preparation
• Manage statutory accounts and audit processes
• Lead financial risk management and internal control operations
Required knowledge and experience for the Group Financial Controller role:
• Qualified Accountant with excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong ability to build relationships throughout the business
• Private Equity experience in a multi-entity, acquisitive environment
• Proven track record in a similar Group Financial Controller role
• Adaptability and quick decision-making skills in a fast-paced setting
