Reed Accountancy are currently working a great organisation who are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all bookkeeping duties with the processing of all financial transactions and reports.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Processing of accounts payable and receivable
*Monitoring overdue invoices
*Matching purchase orders
*Reconciling of credit notes and supplier payments
*Managing banking tasks and petty cash
*Submitting VAT returns
*Producing and interpreting monthly financial reports
*Preparing budgets and forecasts
*Handling client and customer communications
*Ensuring compliance with standards and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in a similar accounting role
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Great attention to detail
