Job Description:
JLR Maidstone MOT Technician
This Job Description is intended to provide a clear outline of your key areas of focus and responsibility. However, what is detailed below is not exhaustive and you may be required to perform other duties from time to time as requested by your Manager.

To be fully committed to our Group Aim, which is to be famous for delighting our customers, colleagues, manufacturers and shareholders.
Key Objectives:
*To complete MOTs in a manner which complies with all DVLA requirements
*To monitor your personal performance against the key DVLA measures
*To maintain MOT records in accordance with both Sytner Group and DVLA standards
*To provide QC and Admin support to ASM to ensure continued DVLA Compliance
*To maintain knowledge of MOT requirements and to regularly review MOT site for new information
*To complete and achieve Annual MOT Certification
*To ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely, professional and consistent manner
General Objectives:
*To adhere to Sytner Health and Safety policy requirements
*To maintain the MOT working area in a clean and tidy condition
*To provide technical support to other staff with regard to the requirements of the MOT
*To check and report on any damage/faults with MOT related equipment
*To maintain and promote a positive attitude toward both colleagues and customers
