A background in veterinary or healthcare management is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
*Lead and supervise the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations and delivery of high-quality patient care.
*Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
*Manage financial activities including budgeting, invoicing, and cost control to optimise clinic profitability.
*Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, staff training, performance appraisals, and staff welfare.
*Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain accreditation standards through regular audits and assessments.
You should have experience within ophthalmology ideally!
