Description
The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work including;
*Providing expert contentious and non contentious advice on employment law matters to a range of clients.
*Managing complex employment law cases.
*Working closely with the existing Employment Partners across the Northern offices
*Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
*Representing clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings.
*Delivering training sessions and seminars on employment law topics.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Profile
The successful Employment Legal Director should have / be;
*A track record in Employment law gained from a known law firm dealing with respondent work
*Likely to be around 8 years PQE plus
*Proven expertise in handling complex employment law cases.
*Ties to Leeds
*Already be working at LD level or in a senior position
*Likely to have some of your own contacts
Job Offer
*Competitive salary between £100000 and £115000 per annum.
*27 days of holiday leave.
