Customer Service Advisor – Bury, Manchester
A friendly, fast-growing company in Bury is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their supportive, collaborative team.

What you’ll do:
*Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
*Process account changes and contracts accurately
*Maintain records and ensure data accuracy
*Liaise professionally with clients and third parties
*Identify opportunities to improve processes
What we’re looking for:
*Strong verbal and written communication
*Excellent organisational and IT skills (MS Office, Excel)
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Team player with a flexible approach
