Cleaner Location: Coventry
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
*x1 Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week
*x1 Part-Time - 20 hours per week
About the Role We are currently recruiting reliable and detail-focused Cleaners to join our team, supporting the upkeep of modern student accommodation in Coventry. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across shared living areas, kitchens, hallways, and general communal spaces.
Key Responsibilities *Cleaning kitchens, hallways, stairwells, common rooms, and shared facilities
*Hoovering, mopping, dusting, and surface sanitisation
*Emptying bins and replacing liners
*Ensuring bathrooms and communal areas remain hygienic and presentable
*Reporting maintenance or safety issues
*Following health & safety and COSHH guidelines
*Working independently and managing your time effectively
Requirements *Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
*Strong attention to detail
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
*Ability to follow cleaning schedules and site instructions
*Comfortable working in student accommodation environments
