Job Description:
A leading international law firm is seeking an Antitrust Analyst to join its highly regarded European Antitrust practice on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the intersection of law and technology, and who wants to play a key role in supporting complex merger reviews, government investigations and other regulatory matters!
In this role, you will work closely with lawyers across the team to leverage Excel, AI tools and cutting-edge legal-tech solutions, particularly generative AI, to enhance the delivery and quality of legal services. You will act as a vital link between legal and technical workflows, helping to design, test and implement innovative tools and processes.
The successful candidate will join a supportive, award-winning team with excellent opportunities for development and exposure to high-profile international work.
Key Responsibilities *Building and testing AI prompts and workflows to support the Antitrust practice.
*Assisting with filing preparations, including compiling documents for submission.
*Supporting multi-jurisdictional filing analysis, including foreign investment reviews.
*Managing client revenue data collection exercises.
*Monitoring antitrust market activity and maintaining internal databases.
*Supporting the team’s knowledge management, including organising internal and external training materials.
*Providing general administrative and project support to partners and associates.
*Assisting with the development and maintenance of the team’s know-how resources.
Candidate Requirements *Degree-educated, ideally with experience in a professional services or law-firm environment. Antitrust experience is highly desirable
*Prior experience and a strong interest in legal technology and generative AI tools
*Excellent organisational and project-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
*Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
*A proactive, motivated self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively but can also operate independently.
