Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor
Sunday-Thursday | 5pm-2am
£36,000 per year
Ready to take the lead in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We’re looking for a motivated Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our night operations and keep everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing As our Night Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the success of our warehouse operation. Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership *Supervising night staff and organising shift rotas
*Arranging holiday/absence cover
*Training and developing staff in line with company processes
*Ensuring new starters and agency staff receive full inductions and legal briefings
*Motivating the team to hit productivity targets and minimise picking errors
Operational Excellence *Accurate order picking of ambient, frozen, and chilled goods
*Performing pallet checks and stock checks
*Checking goods inwards when needed
*Using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely
*Maintaining clean, tidy working areas
*Monitoring critical control points (HACCP)
Logistics & Loading *Briefing drivers on any load issues
*Moving lorries onto the loading bay
*Loading pallets onto correct vehicles ahead of delivery
Compliance & Safety *Following all management instructions and company procedures
*Ensuring the safety of yourself and others
*Reporting any warehouse non-conformances
*Carrying out pre-operational MHE checks

Desired Experience *MHE Certification (preferred but not essential)
