Overview:
You will support and coach individuals to achieve a CII Apprenticeship and progress their Insurance career. No formal training or coaching experience is required and you will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the role and training.
A typical week:
*Provide remote 1-1 coaching sessions
*Review & feedback on assignments
*Prepare learners for exams
*Work closely with stakeholders
You’ll need the following:
*2 years Insurance sector experience
*Experience of training or coaching others
*Professional & clear communication skills
*CII Certificate or Diploma Qualified (desirable)
