An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Derby.
This is a fantastic role for an NQ looking to build a long-term career in private client law, working within a supportive, friendly, and experienced team offering high-quality work and strong training.
The Role: You will handle a varied and interesting caseload including:
* Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney

* Probate & Estate Administration

* Court of Protection matters

* Trusts (depending on experience)

You will receive hands-on supervision, structured training, and excellent development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate: * Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)

* Strong interest in private client law

* Solid training seat or paralegal experience in private client

* Friendly, client-focused approach

* Strong communication and organisational skills
