We are recruiting for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out condition surveys and RDSAP on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks.
*Conduct detailed stock condition surveys
*Collection of accurate RDSAP data
*Work across houses, flats and blocks
*Paid per completed survey – competitive rates
*Immediate start available
Candidates should have the following experience and accreditation.
*Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor and experience collecting RDSAP data
*Preferably a qualified energy assessor or experience of RDSAP data collection
*Own transport
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Work self-employed outside IR35 in a flexible manner, long-term contract available.
