An established and growing legal practice in Blackburn is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Training Manager to lead and develop its conveyancing training programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior conveyancing solicitor, fee earner or manager who is passionate about mentoring, compliance, and raising standards across a busy residential property department.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design, implement and manage a structured training programme for residential conveyancing staff
*Deliver technical training on all aspects of the conveyancing process (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, leasehold matters)
*Monitor file quality and compliance with regulatory standards
*Support fee earners with complex technical queries
*Develop onboarding and progression pathways for junior staff
*Work closely with senior management to drive performance and best practice
The Successful Candidate will ideally have:
*Significant experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
*Strong technical knowledge of the full conveyancing lifecycle
*Previous training, mentoring, or supervisory experience
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Strong understanding of compliance and risk management
