Project Support Coordinator – Up to £35,000
The ultimate right-hand role to the Sales Director
Love being the person who makes everything happen?
We’re looking for a super-organised, proactive plate-spinner to become the Sales Director’s trusted right hand and keep our installation projects running like clockwork.
This is a 12-month maternity cover where you’ll sit at the heart of the business — coordinating sales, supporting projects from first enquiry to final sign-off, and making sure our customers receive a seamless, professional experience every time.

What you’ll be doingBe the Sales Director’s go-to person
*Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
*Keep priorities on track and ensure nothing slips through the net
Keep projects moving smoothly
*Coordinate installation projects from enquiry through to completion
*Schedule engineers, organise parts, and plan site visits
*Make sure everyone has the right information, equipment, and instructions
Own the detail
*Log enquiries in the CRM and prepare accurate quotations
*Maintain drawings, plans, and project documentation
*Prepare permits, RAMS, and ensure compliance requirements are met
Deliver brilliant customer service
*Act as a key point of contact for customers
*Provide updates, support, and aftercare
*Follow up quotations and help convert opportunities into sales
Be the person who keeps all the plates spinning
*Manage emails, calls, and project logistics
*Anticipate problems and solve them before they arise
*Help the whole team stay organised, efficient, and successful
What you’ll bringExperience
*Background in sales support, project coordination, or similar
*Experience supporting multiple projects at once
Skills
*Exceptional organisation and time management
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident communicator with customers and colleagues
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Visio helpful but not essential)
*Able to work independently and take initiative
Mindset
*Positive, proactive, and solution-focused
*Calm under pressure and great at multitasking
*Reliable, dependable, and proud of your work
*Someone who enjoys being the person others rely on
Essential requirement*You must have your own transport due to our rural location, which is not accessible via public transport
