Job Description:
Interim Lead HR Business Partner
Salary upto £65k
6-9 months
Based in Cambridge
Hybrid working 2/3 days a week on-site
We’re looking for an experienced Interim Lead HRBP to support senior leaders through a period of organisational change. This role suits a confident HR professional with strong generalist expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to influence at all levels.
Key Responsibilities *Provide expert HR advice across employment law, case management and organisational change.
*Partner with senior leaders to deliver effective HR strategy and solutions.
*Lead and deliver HR projects to time and quality standards.
*Coach and support HR team members through development and change.
*Analyse issues, identify root causes, and propose creative, impactful solutions.
*Produce clear, concise reports and present information effectively.
Skills & Experience *Significant HR experience in a leadership generalist / business partnering role
*Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
*Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
*Excellent project management skills.
*Strong analytical ability and confident with data.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
*Understands confidentiality requirements in an HR environment.
Qualifications *Degree-level education plus CIPD membership, or equivalent experience.
