Are you a Corporate Finance professional with strong Transaction Services experience looking to step into a high-impact Manager role?
We’re partnering with a growing and ambitious London-based firm seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join its expanding Transaction Services team. With a strong deal pipeline and hands-on senior leadership, this role offers real exposure, early responsibility and a clear path for progression.
This is an opportunity to work at the heart of live transactions, supporting investors, lenders and corporate clients through critical deal stages.
What you will be doing as a Corporate Finance Manager:
*Lead financial due diligence assignments on buy-side and sell-side transactions
*Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple live deals
*Review and analyse financial information to identify key risks, trends and value drivers
*Prepare high-quality due diligence reports for investors, lenders and corporate clients
*Oversee financial modelling and working capital analysis
*Support pre-investment reviews, vendor assist engagements and pre-lending assignments
*Liaise directly with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, investors and private equity houses
*Collaborate closely with Partners and Directors on transaction strategy
*Contribute to business development activity and proposal preparation
What you will need to succeed as a Corporate Finance Manager:
*ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
*3-6+ years’ experience in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance
*Strong financial due diligence experience (buy-side and/or sell-side)
*Solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
*Experience managing multiple engagements and leading junior team members
*Commercial awareness and the ability to identify key deal issues
*Confidence presenting findings to senior stakeholders
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
