We’re partnering with a highly respected and ambitious accountancy firm in London that is continuing to grow. They’re now looking for an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager to play a pivotal leadership role within the business.
It’s a genuine opportunity to:
*Take ownership of a diverse, high-quality client portfolio
*Work closely with Partners on strategic and commercial matters
*Combine audit, accounts and tax exposure in a broad, impactful role
*Progress clearly towards Director level
What you will be doing as an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager:
*Lead audit assignments from planning to sign-off
*Oversee and review statutory accounts under FRS102 and IFRS
*Manage complex consolidated accounts (groups, LLPs, partnerships)
*Review Corporation Tax computations and returns (CT600)
*Provide technical leadership across audit, accounts and tax matters
*Act as the key point of contact for your portfolio
*Lead and mentor Managers, Seniors and junior staff
*Present findings and recommendations directly to clients
*Identify risks and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions
*Support Partners with tenders, proposals and new business development
What you will need to succeed as an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager:
*ACA or ACCA qualified (or international equivalent)
*Strong background across both audit and accounts within practice
*Working knowledge of Corporation Tax and wider tax principles
*Experience managing your own client portfolio
*Confidence reviewing complex technical work
*Strong knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS102) and IFRS
*Commercial mindset and proactive problem-solving ability
*Natural leadership skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
