Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Sales and Operations Administrator to join our small team as the business continues to grow. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support sales, marketing and operations, and play a big part in how the business runs day-to-day. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility early on with plenty of scope to grow and be promoted.

We are a UK-based digital B2B travel company that designs premium group tours and experiences. We work with long-standing global partners including Hilton, Marriott, English Heritage, Orient Express and the Royal Collection Trust, and focus on quality, service and well-thought-out travel experiences.
We’re a small team, which means everyone’s contribution matters. As the business grows, we are looking for team members who have ambition to grow with it.
What will you be doing?
*Supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking
*Handling client requests
*Ensuring bookings are delivered smoothly
*Assisting with sales materials, marketing proposals and client communications
*Improving systems to manage customer relationships
*Providing practical support to the CEO and senior team as needed
Who we are looking for
*Someone organised, dependable and comfortable taking responsibility
*Previous office experience in the UK or Europe
*Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)
*Willingness to learn, ask questions and improve
*A 2:1 degree or equivalent qualification (apprenticeships also considered)
