Job Description:
Evolve is recruiting for a driven and detail-focused Business Systems Analyst to join a market-leading Ophthalmology organisation, working closely with the Head of Technology & Information Systems. This role centres on improving end-to-end business processes, enabling smarter system integration, and identifying automation opportunities that support scalable, efficient operations.
You will partner with stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and the US to analyse current workflows, define integration and automation requirements, and translate business needs into delivery-ready system solutions. Acting as a key bridge between business and IS teams, you will ensure process, data flow, and integration considerations are built in early across change initiatives.
This is a full-time remote based role, working with stakeholders across Ireland, the UK and the US.

Ideal Requirement for the Business Systems Analyst
*3+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar, delivering process, integration, or automation projects
*Strong business process analysis skills with clear requirements and documentation output
*Experience with integrated systems such as ERP, CRM, and automation tools, plus API or middleware exposure
*Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to turn business needs into delivery-ready requirements


Role Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst
*Lead the analysis and redesign of end-to-end business processes to unlock integration and automation opportunities
*Partner with international stakeholders to shape clear, high-impact system and process requirements
*Drive integration initiatives by mapping data flows, system interactions, and future-state workflows
*Play a central role in cross-functional change projects, bridging business needs with technology delivery
