Job Overview: This role supports users through the automated Windows 11 device build process, ensuring smooth kit exchanges while providing guidance and directing any technical issues to the appropriate incident channels. It also involves maintaining accurate asset data in Inventox, managing daily stock activities, and coordinating the return of legacy equipment through Circular Services. The engineer ensures all equipment is unpacked, organized, signed off, and processed efficiently to keep project workflows running smoothly.
Location: Liverpool L3 9SJ
Daily Rate: PAYE - £14.90/hr (Basic) and UMB - £19.34/hr
Contract Length: 16-Mar-26 to 2-Apr-26
Start Date: 16-Mar-26
Key Responsibilities
*Managing exchange of kit with user using the automated build process (customer owned) - Win 11.
*The users are following a script and the engineers are a support role.
*Also track asset data to feed in to the Project Data Manager (into Inventox).
*Directing users to the appropriate incident point if any issues with new devices.
*Unpacking kit and putting it away each day They will take in stock at site, get sign off of kit, take in legacy kit and work with Circular services to send legacy kit back to Braintree
