* Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to drive positive change and service improvement.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, local policies, and safeguarding procedures.
* Represent the local authority in case conferences, court proceedings, and strategic meetings.
* Contribute to service design and project work, promoting creative solutions that enhance outcomes.
* Deliver person-centred care by addressing the holistic needs of children, carers, and families.
Essential Requirements: * A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent).
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Significant post-qualification experience, ideally in a senior or supervisory role within children’s or family services.
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support others in a professional setting.
