Account Manager
Full time and permanent
Location: Ipswich and office based
Salar: £28,000 per annum


Role Purpose
This is a commercially focused position responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with a designated portfolio of clients in line with business targets. The role will focus on driving sales performance, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring revenue and margin goals are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
*Manage assigned client accounts to achieve agreed sales and margin targets.
*Develop and cost product proposals and commercial presentations.
*Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow revenue and market presence.
*Negotiate agreements with clients to secure and maintain business.
*Oversee preparation of sales assets including images, video content and POS materials.
*Lead and support the internal admin and logistics teams, including recruitment and performance management.
*Maintain accurate product and inventory data within internal systems.
*Ensure purchase orders, supply agreements and invoicing processes are completed accurately and on time.
*Monitor customer feedback, product performance and service levels, escalating issues where needed.
*Provide accurate sales and stock forecasts to relevant departments.
*Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication with internal teams.
*Participate in events, meetings and training activities, supporting wider team requirements as needed.
