Are you a qualified Audit professional looking to join a firm where quality, collaboration and long-term client value sit at the heart of everything they do?
We are partnering with a global firm seeking an Audit Assistant Manager to join their growing Media & Tech team in London. This is an opportunity to work in an environment where audits are trusted, transparent and relied upon by businesses and their stakeholders.
What you will be doing as an Audit Assistant Manager:
*Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
*Supervise, coach and develop junior team members on-site
*Ensure audits are delivered in line with UK and International GAAS
*Review financial statements prepared under IFRS and UK GAAP
*Maintain strong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements
*Manage stakeholder communication, including regular interaction with senior leadership
*Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including anti-money laundering requirements
*Contribute to maintaining audit quality and identifying risk areas
*Support the wider team in delivering value-added insight to clients
What you will need to succeed as an Audit Assistant Manager:
*ACA / ACCA / ICAS qualified (or overseas equivalent)
*Degree educated (or equivalent professional qualification)
*Experience supervising and coaching junior staff during audit engagements
*Strong working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and financial reporting requirements
*Understanding of regulation, compliance and AML requirements
*Awareness of current economic and market trends
*Proactive, organised and confident managing your own workload
*Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
