Job Description:
Operations & Logistics Coordinator
*Location: Basingstoke Office (Remote Working)
*Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
*Salary: £26,500 per annum plus EOT tax-free bonus
Join our team as an Operations & Logistics Coordinator and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of audit appointments and support of field auditors. This position offers a strong foundation in operational delivery and a clear pathway to advancement within the company.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Coordinate and schedule quality control audit appointments across gas and electrical services.
*Act as a first point of contact for tenants and clients, managing inquiries and requests professionally.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM and scheduling systems.
*Identify issues early and escalate appropriately.
*Support wider operational and administrative tasks as part of a collaborative team.
