A well-established, international financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Manager to lead one of its key operational teams within its wealth management division. Key Responsibilities
*Lead, motivate, and develop a team within the Asset Services function to deliver high-quality, timely operational output.
*Ensure procedures are accurate, up-to-date, and followed consistently, meeting internal standards and service level expectations.
*Oversee risk and control frameworks, ensuring the team meets regulatory, audit, and internal compliance requirements.
*Act as a point of escalation for operational issues, taking ownership of timely resolution and effective communication.
*Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and innovate processes.
*Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring the team is aligned, trained, and resourced appropriately.
*Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across operations, risk, technology, and leadership teams.
*Promote a positive working environment where colleagues feel empowered, supported, and encouraged to speak up and share ideas.
About You

*Proven experience managing and developing people within a financial services environment.
*Strong understanding of operational processes, controls, and regulatory expectations.
*Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and time-management abilities.
*Ability to lead teams through change, fostering resilience and adaptability.
*Confident decision-maker with the ability to work proactively and use initiative.
*Skilled in delegation, coaching, and performance management.
*Experience in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Desirable
*Previous experience within wealth management, asset services, or a similar financial operations environment.
