Lettings Negotiator (Maternity Cover)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful estate agency in Burgess Hill.
This role is initially being offered on a maternity cover contract, however there is potential for the position to become permanent.

The Role
As Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
*Booking and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
*Generating new business and maximising opportunities
*Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
*Supporting the wider team to achieve office targets
About You
The ideal candidate will:
*Have previous estate agency or lettings experience
*Be confident, driven, and well-presented
*Thrive in a busy environment
*Have strong communication and negotiation skills
*Hold a full UK driving licence and own car
