Senior Manager / Director-Designate - Professional Services
London City | Hybrid Working
£75,000-£95,000 base + 0-20% performance bonus
I’m working with a high-performing, fast-growing professional services firm in the City that is looking to appoint a Senior Manager or ambitious Manager to take ownership of a ready-made client portfolio and build out a new division alongside the Partners.
This is a genuine Director and Partner track opportunity, suited to someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and rapid progression based on results - not time served.
The Opportunity
*Take over an established portfolio of professional services clients from day one
*Grow and shape a new service line / division with direct Partner support
*Significant scope to win fees, lead BD initiatives, and raise your profile internally
*Clear pathway towards Director and Partner, with progression based purely on performance and achievement

*Manager ? Senior Manager in as little as 6 months
*Senior Manager ? Director in under 12 months
