Job Title: Repair Co-ordinator
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays
We are acting as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client.
Our client, a well-established engineering services company based in Farnborough, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Repair Co-ordinator to join their busy service team.
This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring strong scheduling, coordination, and customer service skills. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of repair works, ensuring engineers are efficiently deployed, and maintaining excellent communication with customers, tenants, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
*Scheduling engineers for reactive and planned repair works
*Managing approximately 100–150 jobs per month
*Raising and issuing chargeable quotations
*Liaising with subcontractors and allocating labour as required
*Issuing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
*Managing backlog of calls and prioritising urgent repairs
*Booking site visits and coordinating access with customers and tenants
*Ensuring correct parts are ordered and allocated to jobs
*Forecasting engineer workload up to 3 weeks in advance
*Raising, updating, and closing jobs accurately on the system
*Preparing invoice requests for the Accounts team
The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience in a Service Co-ordinator / Repairs Scheduler / Planner role
*Experience within engineering, construction, or facilities management (desirable)
*Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
*Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
*Experience raising quotations and handling chargeable works
*Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment
*Strong IT and administrative skills
