Contract: Permanent / Full Time
Are you a commercially aware finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Management Accountant to join their established finance team. This is a great opportunity for a part-qualified or finalist accountant who enjoys working with operational stakeholders and contributing to business performance.
The Role:The Management Accountant will play a key role in producing accurate financial information, supporting commercial decision-making, and partnering with teams across the business. This position is ideal for someone analytical, proactive, and confident collaborating with non-finance colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:*Preparing management accounts and financial reports
*Providing financial insight, analysis and commentary
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
*Partnering with operational teams to enhance financial performance
*Maintaining financial controls and ensuring strong balance sheet management
*Assisting with working capital processes
*Contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:*Part-qualified or finalist Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
*Background in management accounting or similar
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
*Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance teams
*Organised, self-motivated and able to manage deadline
*Experience using ERP/reporting systems
