Description
*Manage a caseload of personal injury claims efficiently and effectively.
*Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of personal injury cases.
*Draft legal documents, including correspondence, statements, and legal agreements.
*Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and their representatives.
*Prepare cases for court hearings and represent clients when required.
*Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the personal injury field.
*Maintain accurate records and case files, updating clients on case progress regularly.
*Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Profile
A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:
*Qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland
*Proven experience during training / post qualification managing personal injury cases from inception to conclusion.
*Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures within the personal injury sector.
*Excellent client care skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
*Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.
*Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbally
