�? What You’ll Be Doing: *Leading key improvement projects across Adult Services
*Ensuring strong governance, oversight, and delivery across all initiatives
*Collaborating with teams, senior leaders, and partners to deliver real change
*Supporting the council’s drive for a stronger, more resilient care system
? What You’ll Need: *Proven experience in project leadership, ideally within Adult Social Care or the public sector
*Relevant qualifications (as per the Job Description & Person Specification)
*Ability to work across services and build strong partnerships
*A record of delivering measurable transformation and improvement
