Job Description:
A Chef de Partie is required for a Private Members Club with Accommodation . You will be exposed to the A’la Carte Restaurant and weddings which are to a 2aa Rosette standard. In order to stay here you have to be a member and weddings are full exclusivity of the hotel and grounds – this is Worcestershire’s hidden gem.
You will be working for a small luxury hotel group with other hotels in the UK and Europe.
