Role Overview
We are hiring a VR Robotics Operator to support advanced AI and robotics development. In this immersive role, you will use VR headsets and motion-tracking gloves to control robotic systems with precision. Your movements will directly contribute to training next-generation AI models.




Key Responsibilities
*Operate robots using VR headsets and gloves, translating human motion into robotic actions
*Perform structured, repeatable tasks to support AI training
*Stay immersed using live video feeds, depth cues, and system feedback
*Engage in active movement (bending, squatting, standing, walking, sitting) during VR and non-VR sessions
*Lift and transport robot batteries (25–30 lbs)
*Prepare and calibrate robot workstations
*Meet daily productivity and quality targets
*Identify and report technical issues (tracking drift, hardware faults, system anomalies)
*Log session data, validate, label, and upload robotics data
*Follow safety, ergonomic, and operational protocols




Required Qualifications
*Comfortable using VR headsets for extended periods (gaming/VR experience a plus)
*Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive movements
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
*Comfortable handling robotic hardware and technical equipment
*Reliable, punctual, and performance-driven
