The firm is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor who has ideally gained solid experience within a Real Estate team post-qualification, during a seat or multiple seats within Property.
The role will involve:
*Acting on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant and development work
*Managing an independent caseload with appropriate support
*Working closely with partners and colleagues on more complex transactions
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate requirements:
*Some experience within Commercial Property
*Strong technical skills with the ability to handle transactions independently
*Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
*A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
