QBE is recruiting a Head of Capital Modelling to join QBE Capital, the Group’s internal reinsurer. This is a newly created role, reflecting the growing scale, complexity and strategic importance of QBE Capital, including increased use of capital optimisation, third-party underwriting and alternative capital structures. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting senior decision-making, engaging with regulators and external stakeholders, and embedding best-in-class capital modelling across the business.
