This includes private healthcare for all UK-based employees, enhanced maternity and adoption pay and support when you return to work, and a contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.
In this role you’ll:

*Improve infrastructure, policies, and procedures to effectively manage and report on existing balance sheet securitisations
*Keep abreast of new regulations affecting Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) and credit risk mitigation, analysing their impact on operations
*Oversee existing significant risk transfer securitisation transactions, including monitoring portfolio performance, managing portfolio replenishment, calculating cash flows, and coordinating Agreed Upon Procedures with third parties. Document relevant policies and procedures
*Coordinate RWA, Expected Credit Loss (ECL), and other system adjustments with Risk and Finance teams. Manage ESMA reporting in collaboration with Wholesale Credit and Lending
*Address ad hoc queries from both internal and external stakeholders promptly and effectively
*Foster close and effective working relationships across Regions, Countries, Functions, and Global Businesses
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
*A solid understanding of banking regulations, especially around capital treatments and securitisation regulations
*Knowledge around credit risk mitigation techniques (securitisations, credit insurance, credit derivatives) and loan products
*Banking/Structured Finance or Markets background or Credit Portfolio Management experience
*Excellent problem solving, organisational and analytical skills
*Strong quantitative skills, ability to work on or build financial models
*Outstanding written / verbal communication and presentation skills
