Job Description:

GXO are looking for a Warehouse Trainer to join the Nutmeg site in Leeds. As a Trainer you will provide a timely, effective and comprehensive support to the site Leadership team on site in all tasks relating to operational training.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00. Some flexibility is required with this role.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
*Achieve and exceed KPI targets by ensuring a strong pipeline of fully trained, competent DCOs to meet client demand
*Deliver and record all training activity accurately, ensuring information is accessible to all key site stakeholders
*Define, deliver, and maintain high-quality operational and legally compliant training for both operative and managerial levels
*Create and execute structured training plans to meet site requirements, including new starters, cross-training, and ongoing development
*Provide high-standard training across all operational areas while developing innovative methods to accelerate DCO speed to competency
*Maintain all training documentation to required standards and act as a coach/mentor to encourage high performance and continuous improvement
What you need to succeed at GXO:
*Demonstrable high attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
*Strong knowledge of site operational procedures and how they impact daily performance
*Good IT and administrative skills, with confidence using digital systems and documentation platforms
*Proven experience managing document control, ensuring compliance and consistency
*Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage workload independently, ideally with experience in a similar role
*Excellent organisation and time-management skills, supporting efficient delivery of training and operational processes
