Sales and Operations Coordinator
Location - Northampton
Permanent | Fully Office-based
Salary - £30,000 – £32,000 per annum
Working Hours
*Monday – Thursday: 08:30AM – 17:00PM
*Friday: 08:30AM – 16:00PM
*Closed on bank holidays and weekends

Duties include:
-End-to-end Coordination of sales orders, logistics, invoicing, financial processing, compliance and quality control.
-Acting as operational hub liaising with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Production, Couriers and Customers to ensure seamless execution from order entry through to production, shipment, invoicing and financial reconciliation.
-Processing Health and Safety Administration.
- Quality checking materials.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role requiring exceptional attention to detail, sound financial awareness, and strong operational judgement.
Key Skills & Experience
Applicants should demonstrate (or be willing to develop):
*Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms
*Basic understanding of accounts and financial processes
*Knowledge of export documentation and customs requirements (preferred)
*Experience coordinating logistics and warehouse operations, or transferable operational experience
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
*Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and with remote/overseas colleagues
*Confidence working onsite in a hands-on operational capacity
