Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a successful service business and an employer of choice in the region as they look to recruit a Finance Business Partner into their Sheffield based offices.
The successful candidate will be highly commercially aware with good analytical and business partnering skills. The main purpose of the role is to deliver robust and clear insights that will help improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities: -
*Produce and validate accurate financial and management reports
*Ensure data integrity and consistency across finance systems
*Analyse various monthly and quarterly financial KPIs (This includes costs, sales, headcount, performance vs budget)
*Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
*Deliver clear visual reporting and executive-level insights
*Act as a valued business partner to both operations and finance
The ideal candidate: -
*Ideally CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified (PQ will also be considered with the right experience)
*Strong financial reporting awareness
*Advanced Excel skills
*Confident handling large, complex data sets
*Analytical and detail-oriented
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
*Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
